The Process – Step by Step

We’ve designed the process to be straightforward and comforting, so you always know what to expect.

UK Orders: What Happens After You Buy

1. We send you a complete ashes kit
   Your kit includes everything you need: a sealable bag, tiny spoon, clear instructions, and a pre-paid return envelope.
2. You package and post your materials
   Only a small amount of ashes, fur or hair is needed. Many customers tell us this part feels like an act of care and closeness.
3. We confirm when they arrive
   You’ll receive a kind email letting you know your materials are safe and we’ve begun crafting your jewellery.
4. Your piece is handmade in the UK
   Each item is carefully made with your chosen resin colour. The ashes or fur are sealed beneath the surface, so they’re not visible—just safely held.
5. We return your finished jewellery and unused ashes
   You’ll receive your finished piece, beautifully packaged, with a Certificate of Authentication. Any unused materials are returned securely.

⏳ Turnaround time: 1–2 weeks from when we receive your materials.

International Orders: How It Works

For our international customers, we offer two options:

• Email instructions: After you order, we’ll email clear steps for sending your ashes, fur or hair directly. It’s faster and avoids delays from shipping a physical kit.
• Prefer a kit? We’re happy to send one—just let us know (please allow an extra 7–10 days for delivery).

Once your materials arrive, the process is the same as above. We’ll confirm by email, craft your jewellery with care, and return any unused materials with your finished piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much ash, fur or hair is needed?

We only need around quarter a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of fur or hair. Anything unused will be returned.

Will the ashes be visible?

No. The ashes, fur or hair are gently sealed beneath the resin, making them invisible. This allows you to confidently choose any of our colours.

Can I choose a custom colour?

Yes. We offer eight gentle shades—Mocha, Light Pink, Navy, Sage, Dark Pink, Black, Lavender, and White.
If you’d like something more personal, just email us a photo or note after ordering. We’ll create a custom tone to reflect your loved one’s personality.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your materials, it takes 1–2 weeks to complete your jewellery. International orders may take longer depending on delivery times.

Do you offer a certificate?

Yes. We include a Certificate of Authentication with your loved one or pet’s name. It’s a small, meaningful way to honour them.

Is it safe to send ashes by post?

Yes. Our packaging is discreet and secure. Thousands of families have safely sent us ashes, fur or hair—both within the UK and internationally. If you have concerns, we’re happy to advise.

Can I order for a pet?

Absolutely. Many of our customers create jewellery to honour a cherished dog, cat, or other companion animal. You’re welcome to include their name on the certificate.
