Once you place your order, we will send you a custom kit containing a booklet with detailed instructions on how to safely send us your ashes, fur, or hair, along with a sealable bag and a labelled return jiffy bag. After you send your materials back, we will email to confirm delivery and we'll create your heart-shaped resin necklace using the ashes, fur, or hair. Any remaining ashes, fur, or hair will be returned to you with your finished piece, ensuring a lasting and meaningful tribute to your loved one.

Each Heart-shaped pendant measures 15x13mm and comes with an extendable 16"-18" Belcher chain, available in sterling silver or 9ct solid gold. Cremains can vary in texture and hue, which may affect the final look. To achieve a refined finish, we build up the resin in layers. As each piece is handcrafted, slight colour variations may occur, making every necklace unique and a one-of-a-kind keepsake.

We use tracked postage at every stage to ensure the safe delivery of your materials and jewellery. Ashes, fur, and hair are sent back to us using a tracked service with Royal Mail, and we use the same secure method to send out your completed jewellery. Once we receive your materials, we will confirm via email. Our silver jewellery takes 1-2 weeks to create, while solid gold pieces require 2-4 weeks from receiving your materials.
