Christmas Order Deadlines 2025
We want your Christmas memorial jewellery or urn to arrive safely and in good time for Christmas. Every piece we create is carefully made by hand, so our order deadlines help ensure each one receives the care and attention it deserves.
Jewellery Made with Ashes
Our current turnaround time for ashes jewellery is approximately 10 days from the moment we receive your loved one’s ashes in our studio to the dispatch of your completed jewellery. Each piece is lovingly handmade with the highest level of care and devotion.
To receive your jewellery in time for Christmas, please place your order no later than 5th December. All ashes must reach our studio by 12th December to allow us enough time to create your piece with the attention it deserves.
This is one of the busiest times of the year for our small, dedicated team, and capacity is limited. Please note: Dates may change depending on demand and could be brought forward if we reach full capacity. Once your order is placed, your Christmas delivery is secure - provided we receive your ashes by 12th December (or sooner).
Self-Fill Jewellery and Engraved Pieces
For our Self-Fill Jewellery and Engraved pieces, please place your order no later than Thursday 18th December 2025. Orders placed by this date will be dispatched on Friday 19th or Monday 22nd December 2025, ensuring they arrive in time for Christmas.
Cremation Urns
For all Cremation Urns, please place your order no later than Thursday 18th December 2025 to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Our Christmas Price Guarantee
We know how wonderful it feels to be organised and start your Christmas shopping early. But it can be disheartening to see something you’ve purchased later reduced in price.
While we’ve already held our only planned pre-Christmas promotion - and don’t expect to run any further discounts - we still want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we’re proud to offer our Christmas Price Guarantee.
If you purchase a gift from us between 2nd October 2025 and 23rd December 2025, and later find the same product available on our website at a lower price (including delivery), we’ll happily refund you the difference.
How It Works
Add the same products to your basket again during the promotion period. Proceed to the second page of checkout to see the final cost including delivery. Take a screenshot of page two showing the reduced total. Send the screenshot to us while the promotion is still running, and we’ll refund the difference in full.
Terms & Conditions
The guarantee applies to the total order cost, including delivery or express service to your original postcode. You must check this final total on page two of the checkout before contacting us. We must receive your screenshot while the promotional offer is still active for the guarantee to be valid.
