I am so pleased with my necklace. Rachael was communicative and sympathetic throughout, and took great care with my cat’s fur and the making of the necklace. I was kept informed at every stage of the process, and the finished necklace is everything I had hoped it would be. I am so grateful!
I’m so pleased with my ring. It’s so unique, I can’t wait to wear it. Rachel was also very helpful throughout. Cannot recommend enough
The whole process was made simple at every stage which was very much appreciated at such a difficult time for us. Although ordering online, it felt that our order was dealt with personally and with care.
The urn that we ordered was absolutely perfect and meant the world to us with how brilliantly it turned out. The ordering process was quick and easy and it was great to be sent a mock up and be given the chance to make changes before delivery if there was anything we wanted done differently.
Also to be given the option to change the size at no extra cost meant that we weren't left waiting longer for our order.

The ring arrived this morning and it is just beautiful, I will wear this with pride. Thank you for making this such an easy process.
