How It Works - UK

When you place your order, we’ll send a carefully prepared collection kit including:

• Includes sealable bag, tools, pre-paid return envelope & clear instructions
• We only need a small amount of ashes (¼ teaspoon is plenty) or a small pinch of hair or fur.
• Once we receive your materials, we confirm by email and begin creating your cremation jewellery
• Any unused ashes or fur are returned safely with your finished jewellery

Once we receive your package, you’ll get a confirmation email. From that moment, we begin crafting your ashes jewellery with love and care:

How It Works - International

When you place your order, for orders outside the UK the process is slightly different:

• After purchase, we’ll email you simple step-by-step instructions to prepare and send your ashes, fur, or hair. This helps avoid delays and speeds up the process by skipping international post time
• You’ll securely package a small amount, label it, and send it back via tracked mail
• Prefer a kit? We’re happy to send one — just let us know (please allow 7–10 extra days)
• Once your materials arrive, we’ll confirm by email and begin crafting your memorial jewellery
• Any unused ashes, fur, or hair will be returned safely with your finished piece
• Please allow additional time for international delivery and creation while we wait for your cremains to arrive.
