Our Process – Step by Step (UK Orders)

1. We send you a complete ashes kit
   You’ll receive a sealable bag, spoon, clear instructions, and a pre-paid return envelope for sending your materials back safely.
2. You post your ashes, fur or hair
   Only a tiny amount is needed—around half a teaspoon of ashes or a small lock of fur. Anything unused is returned.
3. We confirm receipt by email
   You’ll be updated as soon as your materials arrive safely at our studio.
4. We begin creating your necklace
   Your pet’s ashes or fur are gently sealed beneath a resin colour of your choice. Each piece is individually handmade with care.
5. We send your jewellery and unused ashes
   Your necklace arrives beautifully packaged, with a Certificate of Authentication including your pet’s name. Any remaining ashes or fur are returned to you.

• After purchase, we’ll email step-by-step instructions for sending your ashes or fur directly
• If preferred, we can send a physical kit (please allow an additional 7–10 days)
• Once your parcel arrives, we’ll confirm and begin crafting your jewellery
