A. Yes, we frequently work with families using archived or scanned fingerprints from loved ones who have passed. Funeral homes and hospitals often have these on file.

Q. What file type or quality do you need for the image?

A. We accept most image types (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.). A clear, high-contrast photo or scan works best. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we’ll confirm it’s suitable.

Q. Is the images permanently engraved?

A. Yes - we use precision laser engraving to permanently etch the fingerprint onto your chosen piece. It won’t rub off or fade with normal wear.

Q. Is fingerprint jewellery suitable for everyday wear?

A. Yes - our pieces are made to be durable and worn daily, though we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals.
