Each memorial necklace set includes a self-fill heart, birthstone charm and engraved tag in your choice of three fonts. Available in a silver or gold finish, it is made from hard-wearing stainless steel to be treasured for years with the right care.

The heart is filled by you at home, so your loved one’s ashes, hair or fur never need to leave your hands. Everything you need is included, with clear instructions to guide you when you feel ready.
