Placement, Finish & Timeframe
- Every charm is unique – small variations in resin tone are natural
- Ashes, hair & fur are placed at the base of the necklace so the remains are not visible or they can be placed on the top so they are visible.
- Instead of using crushed crystals, we create a soft, subtle shimmer that results in a gentle and beautifully understated piece of memorial jewellery.
- Memorial Jewellery is ready 1–2 weeks after we receive the ashes, hair, or fur for silver and 4-6 weeks for gold options.

Sending us Ashes, hair or fur
We only need a small amount of ashes - just a quarter of a teaspoon or a pinch of hair/fur. If you wish to combine ash/hair/fur, please just let us know as this is no problem.

2. Includes instructions, tools, a sealable bag and a labelled return envelope
3. Return postage is pre-paid and tracked
4. We’ll confirm once received and begin crafting your cremation ashes necklace
5. Any unused ashes, fur, or hair will be returned safely with your jewellery

    2. Collection Kit

      You'll receive an Ashes Collection Kit linked to your unique order number. Dispense approx half a teaspoon of Ashes into the Kit and return using the Freepost label

    3. Jewellery Made

      As soon as we receive the Ashes, we'll be in touch to confirm and handmake your design

    4. Receive your Gift

      When made, we will send back your remaining cremains and your beautiful jewellery
