Q. What file type or quality do you need for the image?

A. We accept most image types (JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.). A clear, high-contrast photo or scan works best. If you're unsure, send us what you have and we’ll confirm it’s suitable.

Q. Can I use a fingerprint from a loved one who has passed away?

A. Yes, we frequently work with families using archived or scanned fingerprints from loved ones who have passed. Funeral homes and hospitals often have these on file.
