Placement, Finish & Timeframe
- Every pendant is unique – small variations in resin tone are natural
- Ashes, hair & fur are placed at the base of the necklace so the remains are not visible or they can be placed on the top so they are visible.
- Instead of using crushed crystals, we create a soft, subtle shimmer that results in a gentle and beautifully understated piece of memorial jewellery.
- Memorial Jewellery is ready 1–2 weeks after we receive the ashes, hair, or fur for silver and 4-6 weeks for gold options.

Sending us Ashes/fur or Hair
We only need a small amount of ashes - just a quarter of a teaspoon or a pinch of hair/fur. If you wish to combine ash/hair/fur, please just let us know as this is no problem.

    You'll receive an Ashes Collection Kit linked to your unique order number. Dispense approx half a teaspoon of Ashes into the Kit and return using the Freepost label

    As soon as we receive the Ashes, we'll be in touch to confirm and handmake your design

  4. Receive your Gift

    When made, we will send back your remaining cremains and your beautiful jewellery

A. Self-fill jewellery allows you to add the ashes or fur at home using the kit we provide. With ashes or fur into jewellery, you send a small amount to us, and we carefully preserve it in resin to create a custom piece.

Q. What colours does the cremation jewellery come in?

A. You can choose from 14 resin colours - Quiet lavender, Blush Petal, Royal Amethyst, Teal Serenity, Sapphire Blue, Midnight Blue, Eternal Black, Warm Amber, Golden Light, Rose Ember, Ivory Whisper, Cocoa Stone, Soft Sage or Evergreen.

If you’d like a custom colour to better reflect your loved one’s memory, simply send us a photo or note after placing your order - we’ll do our best to match it with care and precision.

Q. Can I use part of the ashes for jewellery too?

A. Absolutely. Many families choose to place most of the ashes in an urn and keep a small portion for memorial jewellery - such as a necklace, bracelet, or resin keepsake. We offer both self-fill jewellery and ashes into jewellery options.

Q. Is the jewellery real silver or gold?

A. Yes - all of our cremation jewellery is made from solid sterling silver or 9ct gold, designed to last a lifetime and everyday wear.

Q. How long does it take to receive my jewellery?

A. Once we receive your ashes, fur, or hair, we carefully craft your jewellery and typically ship it within 1-2 weeks for our silver pieces. Gold takes 4-6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Q. How much ash, hair or fur do I need to send?

A. A very small amount. We only need about a quarter of a teaspoon or a pinch of hair/fur. Every order we send out includes a secure ashes collection kit along with prepaid return packaging and any remaining materials is safely returned with your finished jewellery.
